Specialization
The
term 'casting' has become synonymous with 'Duccan Alloy Casting';
such is the popularity of our products. We manufacture, export and
supply Stainless Steel, Heat Resistant Steel, Manganese Steel, Carbon Steel, S.G. Iron
Nihard, Hichrome and other Alloy Steel Castings. These are available in weights ranging
from 5
kg to 900 kgs. We also
customize our castings as per the specifications provided by our
clients.

Quality Assurance
As
a quality conscious organization, we adhere to all set standards of the
industry. An effective implementation of our quality management system
enables us to improvise our products regularly and come up with the
most innovative range each time. All the raw materials like steel
scrap; alloys etc. undergo rigorous tests before being used for
production. The chemistry of all heats are checked before and after
pouring. Mechanical tests are carried out to check tensile strength,
yield stress, hardness, etc. Prior to dispatch, castings undergo 100%
visual and dimensional inspection and also non-destructive tests as per
requirement so that only the best reach the market.
Our
Manufacturing Setup
Duccan Alloys is strategically located at Hyderabad, spread in an area of two
acres. We are outfitted with all the advanced manufacturing facilities
with the latest technology. Here is a list of our facilities:
Pattern Shop - Moulding
Section: Hand moulding, machine moulding with green, CO2,
resin and oil sand systems
- Melting Shop: Induction
furnace with two crucibles of 600 kgs and 1000 kgs capacity
- Heat Treatment
Shop: Bogie
hearth type electrical heat treatment furnaces of sizes 2 meters x 1.5
meters x 1.5 meters and 2 meters x 1 meter x 1 meter with temperature
controller, recording and water quenching facilities
- Fettling Shop: Pneumatic
chippers, grinders, electrical heavy duty swing frame grinders,
flexible shaft grinders, pencil grinders, welding transformers, welding
rectifiers, etc.
- Laboratory: Chemical
and physical testing facilities such as carbon sulphur apparatus, brine
hardness tester, universal testing machine, impact testing machine etc.
Spectrometer shall be installed shortly.
